Two Exciting Ministries at Trinity
To join in the fun,
or just ask questions,
The
mission of Trinity Loving Community (TLC) is to provide social contact,
emotional care, material aid, and other practical support for Trinity
parishioners and friends. Inspired by the Baptismal Covenant to "seek and
serve Christ in all persons, loving your neighbor as yourslef," members of
our community harness their energy, talent and compassion to serve one
another.

Parish Life Mission -
To serve and support those in spiritual or physical need, and to encourage
Christian caring, community, and fellowship in and around the parish
family. Parish Life focuses on serving and enriching the lives of Trinity
Church parishioners. |

Stewardship Mission - Stewardship is serving God out of love and gratitude for His gifts to us, knowing that it is not how much we have but how we use those gifts that is important. The major annual effort is the Stewardship drive in the fall to encourage parishioners to contribute their time, talents, and treasures in the furthering of God's word at Trinity Church. We are also called to be stewards of "this fragile earth, our island home," and are actively pursuing opportunities to conserve, reduce, and recycle.

Youth The Trinity Junior and Senior High Youth Groups, under the direction of the Rector and the youth group leaders, meet at least once a month on Sundays, usually twice. The Sunday School classes are exploring Godly Play, weaving their Biblical studies into plays, which are presented to the congregation on given Sundays. There are several community service opportunities throughout the year, including the Crop Walk, 30-Hour Famine, Gifts for Teens, and the Giving Tree. Please look at the current Trinity Voice for the current events. |

A partial list of some really special events and
observances: A joyful celebration of new life (eggs) hidden among our sleeping saints, who must surely smile on those little seekers! All are welcome!
Homecoming Sunday An important September date on the parish calendar, Homecoming Sunday marks Christian Formation registration for adults and children. All of Trinity's active and dedicated committees and groups are on hand to welcome those who want to further their involvement in the life of the parish.
