Ways to Give

Offering a Gift

We invite you to make a gift to Trinity Church in support of our shared mission and ministry. As Christians, we know that all that we have and all that we are is a gift from our loving and merciful God. In return, out of the fullness of our hearts, we offer our gifts of time, talent, and treasure to God. At Trinity there are no “membership dues,” no required payment to be a part of the church family, but there is an expectation that you will share generously from your heart the great abundance that is yours in Jesus Christ. We like to think of it this way: When it comes time to celebrate a birthday or anniversary with a beloved friend or family member, how do you approach selecting a gift for that person? Do you go into the store thinking, “OK, what is the absolute minimum I can get by with, what will fill my obligation to my spouse, my friend, my child?” Or do you approach the job with joy, thinking “What is the best, the most precious gift I can afford to give to my best beloved?” We are a community of Gift Givers, and we invite you to join us in that spirit.

Let us be clear, though, we invite your presence regardless of your capacity to give. If you are dealing with financial hardship, please do not let this stop you from joining us in worship.

“Go after God, who piles on all the riches we could ever manage. Do good, be rich in helping others, be extravagantly generous. If [you] do that, you'll build a treasury that will last, gaining life that is truly life." (1 Timothy 6:17-19)"
