Three Hundred Years of Service
Deep Roots, New Growth
Our Church, a landmark of art, architecture, history, and community service, has endured a constant buffeting from the sands of time for over three centuries. Founded in 1698 as the first outpost of the Church of England in the colony of Rhode Island, Trinity’s Queen Anne Square campus has undergone a plethora of changes and challenges since its doors first opened at the turn of the seventeenth century. Now, as Trinity approaches yet another inflection point in its unfolding story, its attention has once again turned to serving the diverse needs of the surrounding community.
