Sunday School at

Trinity Church

Sunday School meets every week beginning on Homecoming Sunday (September 20 this year) and runs until June. Every two months in lieu of Sunday School our children participate in worship, often taking on leadership roles.


Sunday School begins at 10am in the Glenn Family Center. Teachers bring the children over to church to join with worship at the Peace - typically around 10:40am.


We with lessons, crafts and fun activities our teachers help children learn about God and Jesus and experience the joy and love of Christian community.

The Glenn Family Center opened in August of 2025, and one of the priorities for the building was making space for our Sunday School classes, which are as follows:


West Classroom: grades K-2

East Classroom: grades 3-5

Toddler Room: Age 3-5

Offices: grades 6-8

At Trinity Church, keeping all members of our community safe is a priority for us. All clergy, employees, and volunteers are required to undergo Safe Church Training through the Episcopal Diocese of Rhode Island. Safe Church Training is a required certification program for clergy, lay ministers, employees, vestry members, those who volunteer in program for children and youth, and those who visit church members at home. It is also required for those with key access to the church. It is also recommended for all leaders from outside groups who use the facility. Safe Church is grounded in our call to seek and serve Christ in all persons and to respect the dignity of every human being.  Contact our church office for more information about taking this training.
